In 2012, Osman Avcı began making yufka with his mother's knowledge and guidance. Her recipes and the flavours of Anatolia became the foundation of Ensar Yufka.
Ensar Food B.V. has grown into a large-scale producer of Yufka, Lavaş and Böreklik. Automated production brings the familiar flavours of our family history to the professional food market.
